A Pair of George III Satinwood Cabinets

Possibly by Gillows, these cabinets are veneered in satinwood with purple heart bandings and inlaid lines.  The cabinets have three-quarter columns to the rear and the front, which is indicative of the quality. The tops of the columns carved with acanthus and the feet capped with brass toes.  Each cabinet with a drawer above two cupboard doors and panelled sides.
